Copiers vary and I'm not familiar with that particular model, but generally when you send a job and it doesn't include the correct PIN or code, the job just gets dumped without producing an error.
On the copier itself there should be a job log, that shows the status of recent jobs, that should show what actually happened to the job.

Another possibility is that there's a postscript error, and the copier is not configured to print postscript errors, which would cause the print job to just disappear. You can rule that out by enabling the option to print postscript errors in the Aficio's configuration.
